PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. With respect to items sold by EvolutionRxCard.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

· If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Evolution Enterprises, L.L.C. and EvolutionRxCard.com try to make purchasing as quick and easy as possible by offering several convenient methods of payment.

CHECKS and MONEY ORDERS – Evolution Enterprises, L.L.C., EvolutionRxCard.com, and the Evolution Rx Card Program accept Checks and Money Orders. All Checks and Money Orders must be made payable to Evolution Enterprises, L.L.C. Please allow seven (7) Banking days for clearing process.

CREDIT CARDS – PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card, are acceptable method of payment for purchases made from Evolution Enterprises, L.L.C., EvolutionRxCard.com, and the Evolution Rx Prescription Card Program.

SHIPPING
Ordering an item from EvolutionRxCard.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations. We ship products within 48 hours of online order placement if product is in stock. If the product is not in stock EvolutionRxCard.com will notify client, with an option to cancel order before any payment is processed. All online orders are subject to a 3% handling fees.

DELIVERY TIME
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your PayPal Account.

RETURNS POLICY
You may return most items sold by Evolution Enterprises, L.L.C., EvolutionRxCard.com, and the Evolution Rx Card Program within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. However, items must be in their original unused and shipped conditions. There are no returns on Evolution Rx Cards sold to distributors, as described on the Distributor Purchase Order Form.

Evolution Rx – Evolution Rx cards may be returned to Evolution Enterprises, L.L.C. within 30 days of shipment for a refund of the price of the product(s). Both top and bottom portions of the card must be returned in order to receive refund.
